SHIPPING

Once your payment is received, you will be emailed with shipping and delivery information within 24 hours of us receiving your order. This email will include tracking information. If you didn’t receive an email please contact us (AFAMILYOATH@GMAIL.COM) with the subject line “shipping issue”. 

 

RETURNS

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

In case of a damaged/defective product, please contact us (AFAMILYOATH@GMAIL.COM) within 14 days of product delivery, put “damaged/defective item” as subject line of the email and provide clear photo(s) showing the issue(s). If we Deem a replacement or refund is applicable you will be notified.

 

LOST ITEMS

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact us (AFAMILYOATH@GMAIL.COM) with any questions regarding carrier claims.
